قصــر البارون
يرجع تاريخ إنشائه إلى أوائل القرن العشرين وقد أستغرق تشييده ثلاث سنوات .
قام بإنشائه البارون أمبان صاحب فكرة تعمير وتخطيط صحراء مصر الجديدة وتحويلها إلى ضاحية كبرى
ويعد القصر تحفة معمارية نادرة ويمثل نموذجاً فريداً للعمارة على الطراز الهندي ويقع علي أربع واجهات واستغرق تشيده ثلاثة سنوات وصمم بحيث لا تغيب عنه الشمس ابداً , وجميع قاعاته وردهاته تدخلها الشمس وبعد من أفخم القصور واستخدم في بنائه المرمر والرخام وتم تسجيله في عداد الآثار الإسلامية والقبطية بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 1297 لسنة 1993 المنشور في الوقائع المصرية العدد (183) في 16/8/1993
وترجع أهمية هذا القصر أنه قد واكب حركة التعمير الذي قام بها البارون أمبان في مصر الجديدة حيث أنه صاحب فكرة تعمير وتخطيط وتحويل صحراء مصر الجديدة إلي ضاحية كبري بعد أن أسس شركة مصر الجديدة التي بدأت بتقسيم الأراضي وبناء المساكن وتخطيط الشوارع وإنشاء شركات الكهرباء والمياه والمترو بأسلوب علمي منظم متكامل .
وقصر البارون أمبان تحيط به مساحة أكثر من أربعة فدادين , ويعتبر القصر تحفة نادرة في فن العمارة علي الطراز الهندي , والقصر مبني من دورين ويتكون من ستة حجرات كبيرة وصالتين ويوجد في شمال القصر برج كبير مكون من أربع طوابق بسلم حلزوني من الخشب
وبمدخل القصر بعض التماثيل الرخامية والحجرية تمثل أشكال حيوانية وأدمية شبه عارية , وواجهة القصر والبرج غنية بالنقوش الهندسية والنباتية والتماثيل المنحوتة بالواجهة .
