مسجد الأشرف برسباي بالخانكة
أنشأ الجامع المسجد للسلطان الأشرف برسباي فيما بين (831 – 841 ه/ 1427- 1437م) و ينسب أسم مدينة الخانكة إلي الخانقاه التي أنشأها الناصر محمد بن قلاوون في المكان سنه 725هـ
و قد نصت حجة وقف السلطان برسباي أن هذا المكان مسجدا و ليس مدرسة و أطلقت عليه الجامع الكائن بسرياقوس و تذكر الحجة أن الجامع الموصوف إن مولانا السلطان الواقف وقفة جامعاً مسجداً لله تقام فيه الصلوات و الإعتكافات و أذن للمسلمين في الدخول فيه صلاة ووقف المنبر لخطيب الجمعة و العيدين و فعل ما جرت العادة في مثل ذلك ووقف الدكه التي أمام المنبر و أذن المؤذنين للآذانفي يوم الجمعة للتكبير و التهليل وقف المئذنة المذكورة للصلاة و التسبيح و التهليل و التكبير في كل ليلة و ألحق أن هذه البلدة كان بها مبان أخري للسلطان برسباي غير الجامع عبارة عن خانقاه خصصها السلطان لمائه صوفي و إلي جوارها حمام و مطبخ و اندثرت إلا الجامع0
ويتكون الجامع من مساحة مربعه يتوسطها صحن مكشوف حاليا يحيط به أربع ظلات و للجامع واجهات مبنية بالحجر المشهر واجهاته الشمالية الشرقية التي بها المدخل الرئيسي كما يوجد مدخل آخر بالواجهة الشمالية الغربية و من المحتمل أنه كان يوجد باب ثالث بالجهة الجنوبية الغربية وقامت لجنة حفظ الآثار العربية بتجديد المئذنة علي غرار مئذنة المدرسة الأشرفية
والسبيل يقع بالزاوية الشرقية من التخطيط و هو من أنواع السبل ذات الشباكين
